Overview

Lawmark is a policy execution intelligence platform operated by Mangoose (Research and Development Lab). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and organization membership through our authentication provider (Clerk).

Tenant work product.Content you create in Lawmark — policy priorities, campaigns, playbooks, notes, and stakeholder records — is stored on your organization's behalf.

Usage data. We collect standard service logs (pages visited, features used, errors) to operate and improve the platform.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce tenant isolation, generate AI-assisted work product you request, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information or tenant-private data.

Tenant isolation

Your organization's private data is scoped to your tenant. Other organizations cannot access your priorities, campaigns, playbooks, or notes. Legislative reference data (bills, legislators, votes) is shared across tenants as platform reference material.
