The service
Lawmark is a subscription software platform that helps organizations plan and execute multi-state policy campaigns. Features include readiness scoring, bill intelligence, playbook generation, and campaign sequencing tools.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Lawmark only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations. You may not attempt to access another tenant's data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service to distribute malware or unsolicited communications.
Your data
Your organization retains ownership of tenant-private content you upload or create in Lawmark. We process that content solely to provide the service. Outcome records and anonymized analytics may be used to improve platform models as described in your subscription agreement.
AI-generated content
Lawmark generates briefs, talking points, adapted bill language, and other work product using AI. This output is draft material intended for review by your policy and legal teams. It is not legal advice. Adapted bill language must be reviewed by qualified counsel before use in any legislative process.
Limitation of liability
Lawmark is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mangoose disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on generated content.
